The Phelps Women’s Club will be sponsoring a Halloween Trunk or Treat at various locations in Phelps on Saturday October 31st from 3-5pm. Treats will be wrapped individually. Community members are encouraged to hand out treats from their trunks at any of the locations participating as well. For more information and a list of locations call Sharon at 715-617-0308.
