The Phelps Congregational Church will be having their Candy Bar Road Rally on Saturday May 15th from 1 to 2pm.  The fee to enter is one regular sized candy bar of your choice per vehicle. In order to participate a “driver” and a “navigator” are needed. Please bring a pen and paper to record your answers. Instructions on participation will be given before the rally begins.
