The 2020 Phelps Scarecrow Fest has been CANCELLED, however, downtown Phelps will still be decorated, and the community may still add their scarecrows throughout September. They will also be having their Mum and Pumpkin Sale. The sale is planned for Saturday September 19th from 11-2. For more information call 715-545-3002.
